1. HOW TO ADD/REMOVE APPS IN SHORTCUTS?
2. HOW TO SET UP A DATE AND TIME?
3. HOW TO ADD/REMOVE FAVORITE TV CHANNELS?
4. HOW TO CHANGE EPG STYLE?
5. HOW TO RESET PARENTAL PASSWORDS?
1. How to add and remove shortcuts?
You can see there are some slots on the home screen you can put your favorite apps in there to easily access just simply click the aid icon, then select your favorite app and then accent you can see your app is in there, and then you can press the menu button on your box remote to remove it, and then add some icons that you want to hit again to change these positions if you're kind of obsessive-compulsive disorder.
2. How to set up your data and time?
Just click the gear icon on the home screen and then device preferences data and time. There are two options you can choose from.
It's the automatic date and time or manually settings you can turn the automatic of the manual settings at the time and date I'm just using the automatic data and time and it's all right
and then you can set your time zoom, there are midway Hawaii Alaska mountain pacific and all of them.
I'm using the eastern daylight time and then you can choose to use the 24-hour format or 12-hour format and that's it.
3. How to add the TV channels to your favorite list?
Let's open the blue tv app.
First, let's see we want to add the Disney channel to your favorite list.
Press the left button to search the Disney channel okay here we go then we click the wind press then we press the ok button and select the Disney channel to hold the ok button until the start icon turned to solid then you can check your favorite list then you can see the Disney Channel was being added. And the same operation press the ok button on your remote, then the channel has been removed.
4. How to change your APG style?

so we added this feature too in the last patch now you can change your EPG style to the classic style. before doing that you need to check out if your blue tv is the latest version just go to the app store on the blue tv app icon on the upper right corner of the sign is the recycle sign. you need to click it then update the blue tv to the latest version now we go to the blue tv app, press the ok button we can see that we are using the new style EPG. we can press the menu button on your tv remote, you can see there's an EPG style option.
Click it and choose the classic APG but when we press the ok button again it's still showing the new EPG style we need to press the return button on your remote to access the blue tv then we enter the blue tv again and press the ok button again. now you can see the EPG has changed to the classic style.
5. How to reset your parental code for Blue VOD?
Some people just forgot the code of Blue VOD doesn't set and they can't watch the adult videos anymore. So there's a method that you can take to reset your parental password.
Now let's go back to the home screen, and click the gear icon on the home and click apps, and click Blue VOD, and there's an option let's clear data and click it.
Press ok now we go back to the home, and go to the Blue VOD again, you will be requested to reset your parental password.
You must be noticed that your Blue VOD history and the favorites will be removed too.
