Warranty Policy

We provide One Year Warranty for all our products(The warranty period starts from the receipt of the SuperBox TV box).
After providing the Mac address and confirming the machine failure with our after-sales team, we'll offer you a One to One new exchange service.

We cannot accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Items outside the warranty time frame.
2. Washed, used, tag-removed, or misused items.
3. Disassemble the TV box without permission.
4. Purchased SuperBox from another dealer or seller. (Please check the Official SuperBox Store for purchase)


Refund & Return Policy

1. 30 days Return
We accept returns. Purchase can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date. Actually, almost all of our customers are raving about SuperBox. You're gonna love this amazing box.

2. Full Refunds
We offer a full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or the customer's own fault cannot apply for a refund.
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

3. Partial Refunds:
We also offer a partial refund on returned items that have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get a partial refund.
If the item(s) is considered damaged, defiled, deformed, spilled perfume after receipt, or you return the item(s) without notifying us, you can only get partial refunds.

4. Shipping Costs:
The return shipping costs should be borne by the buyer.

5. Return Address
Please contact customer service for the return address. (You will need to send your returning products to our warehouse in China.)
